Professional translation services

Translation prepared
for official use.

Translation with an agency seal, notarized translation and NAATI translation for personal and commercial documents. We review the document, destination and receiving authority before recommending the appropriate format.

Three translation formats, selected for different requirements.

The correct format depends on where the document will be submitted and what the receiving authority specifically requests.

Translation with Agency Seal

A qualified translation agency translates, formats and reviews the document, then provides an agency seal or translation seal as required. This format is commonly requested when the receiving authority needs the translation provider to be identifiable.

Supporting qualification materials can be prepared where the receiving authority requires them. The exact seal and attachment format should be confirmed before processing.

Notarized Translation

Where notarization is required, a notarial institution handles the application in accordance with the applicable procedure and issues a notarial certificate concerning the relevant fact, document or translation.

The notarization route may vary by document type, destination country and receiving authority. We review these details before confirming the materials and process.

Notarized translation is not the same as translation with an agency seal. Please confirm whether the receiving authority requires notarization.

NAATI Translation

A NAATI translation is prepared by a translator holding the relevant NAATI certification. It is commonly used for Australian immigration, study, employment, driver licence conversion and other official matters.

The translator’s certification details and required declaration are shown on the completed translation. Requirements should still be confirmed with the Australian receiving authority.

Frequently asked questions.

Requirements may differ between authorities, even for similar documents.

Is a translation seal the same as notarization?

No. A translation seal identifies the translation provider. Notarization is handled through a notarial institution and results in a notarial certificate. Please follow the receiving authority’s requirements.

Do all Australian applications require NAATI translation?

Not necessarily. Requirements depend on the authority and application. Confirm the latest requirements with the receiving organization before choosing the service.

Can you preserve the original layout?

Yes. We can prepare a clear formatted translation based on the source document. Complex tables, seals and handwritten content are reviewed individually.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send clear scans of all pages and tell us the destination country, intended purpose, receiving authority and required completion date.
